SeaBay, LLC - Las Vegas Water Features, Fire Features, Water Falls, Decorative Rock Work, Outdoor Misting Systems Steve Alcorn (Owner/Director) started Island, Inc. in Palm Springs, CA in 1987. The operation was moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1991 to service the casino and resort industry needs. Michael Jarman joined Steve in 2003.

Combined experience of over 65 years and passion for the pool, spa, water and fire feature business is brought to the table for every single project SeaBay is involved with.

Through past work experience and former similar businesses, we possess unique skills to provide specialized Water and Fire Feature Contractor services in the Las Vegas Valley and Nation Wide. Our team has worked with many General Contractors, Developers and Owners; Utilizing the resources of these associates, we can demonstrate competency in all aspects of successful Water and Fire Feature Construction. Our entire team is passionately committed to this new business and has the realism to make inevitable hard choices.

The SeaBay Team

Steve E. Alcorn

Steve has been in the Water and Fire Feature business for the past 30 years. He started Island in Palm Springs, CA and successfully ran it for 20 years, moving the operation to Vegas in 1991. In 2003, Island joined forces with a Las Vegas general contractor forming Global Island. Steve left Global Island May 2008 to start SeaBay, LLC.

Michael D. Jarman

Michael has been in the Pool and Water Feature business for the past 35 years, the last 20 of which have been in Las Vegas. He ran various offices for Rock and Water Scapes across the nation. Michael was a key partner in Global Island for the past 4 years. He has completed projects that cover the globe from within the USA, to Guam, Turkey, Caribbean and many more.

Robert W. Frisch

Robert has been in the Pool and Water Feature business for over 2 years, working closely with Michael and Steve at Global Island. He is a graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. Robert has been working in various aspects of construction since 1997.
